Can I start for free?
Yes. You can create an account without a credit card and start with the Free plan. If you later need more spaces, inventories, or seats, you can upgrade to Plus or Pro.
Do I have to install an app?
You can use Kekeda from your browser, on both mobile and computer. You can also add it to your home screen to always have it handy.
How is the inventory kept up to date?
You set up each item and its minimum quantity when adding it. Then, you and those with permission record what enters and leaves, using quick controls, text, or voice. You review and confirm changes; Kekeda updates the quantities and keeps history.
Can I add items by voice?
Yes. Tell us what you want to add or say something like "I've used two eggs" to update quantities. Kekeda prepares a proposal you can review before confirming.
What if I forget to record it?
You don't have to record everything immediately. Kekeda highlights items needing review in 'Updates'. If you activate the weekly email summary from your profile, you'll also receive a reminder to update them. It's only sent when there are items needing attention.
Where does the shopping list come from?
Kekeda compares the available quantity with the minimum you defined. Whatever falls below that appears in the list with the amount you need to restock.
Can I choose what each person does?
Yes. You can grant access to consult the inventory, record quantity changes, or edit items. This way, everyone participates with the permissions they need.
